Promotion, Family Feud, Fibromyalgia, Jeopardy

I didn’t realize that when I chose movement as my word of the year, it would have such a huge impact.

Everything is moving around me: job, money, health, meds, family, writing, exercise. Nothing’s really settled, though. So I’m on eggshells, trying to strike a delicate balance.

I want to write you about all these personal things that are going on, except who cares.

& I’m afraid if I write around them, nothing will make sense. Maybe this is what poetry is for.

Maybe you already know this, but many people with fibromyalgia have seen great improvement with a gluten free diet. Why not give it a whirl…there are so many great wheat free things available(especially in a big city) you won’t feel deprived. My mom is celiac and has become an amazing wheat free baker if you need a cookie fix..or angel food cake. XO
